Impossible to say: There are numerous causes for enlarged lymph nodes. Without knowing the results of the testing done in your case, it is impossible to be specific. However, if multiple doctors found no real issue, i would accept that.

??: I can't say whether it's lymphoma but it's not a fever. It's normal for your temp to fluctuate over the course of a day. Lower in morning, higher in afternoon. Why are you taking your temp. so much?

: Virtually zero. You may feel the nodes every couple of weeks, if any of the lymph glands doubles in size, becomes painful, ulcerates, or other nodes become enlarged, or you develop fever, or lose weight, you should see a doctor. Wish you good health!
