hi dr, ive been experiencing some discomfort around pelvic area and buttocks. i feel numb and my left buttock feels a lot more relaxed than usual. my genitals also feel much less sensitive. what could it mean ?

Get checked: Onset of numbness and weakness that is progressive is of concern. There could be some problem affecting your nerves coming out of your back. Lower lumbar or sacral area.

i have genital herpes. i constantly have pain in my testicales. some days worse than others. right now it is in my right testicle ,on my right buttock?

Pain isn't herpes: Herpes is not a likely cause of these pains. Be careful what you read online about genital herpes. Outbreaks (with obvious, visible blisters/sores) can be preceded by pain, tingling, etc (prodrome), but usually only for 1-3 days in the same area where the outbreak will occur. Otherwise herpes is rarely associated with aches and pains of any kind. See a doctor if the pains continue. Good luck!

been using protection during sex but have a wart on my top left buttock and swollen node on top left genital area. i do have hpv. cld it come frm it?

HPV: Hpv is transmitted skin to skin. Hpv causes warts. Condoms are not protective of hpv transmission. If the hpv is inside of the vagina then transmission with condoms to the male partner is possible.  But, if the infection is not inside of the vagina then even a condom will not be protective to your partner. 
The real new, however, is that 96% of americans have hpv exposure by age 26.

Probably not, but...: This depends on the nature and timing of the pain. If the buttock/leg discomfort is only during a genital herpes outbreak, or starts 1-2 days before, and if it clears up in another 1-2 days, they may be linked. However, herpes doesn&#x27;t cause chronic or persistent, ongoing, deeper back, buttock or leg pain, that doesn&#x27;t accompany outbreaks. In that case, it&#x27;s an entirely separate problem.

i am experiencing  genital rash. the following also describe me: genital itching, dry or cracking skin, thigh rash, rash, and flaky skin but not burning sensation, rash in armpit, and buttock itch. what should i do?

? Jock itch ?: This could easily be a common fungus that often effects the feet and crotch of athletes (commonly called jock itch). It does cause the itching &amp; color change of the affected skin. Scratching easily transfers it to other sites like your armpit, buttock. OTC foot fungus sprays may fix it over a few weeks  or you can let your doc evaluate &amp; prescribe something .

: There are many strains of HPV. While the typical genital strains can possibly cause warts in non-genital areas, it is much more likely that such warts are either caused by a different HPV strain or are not caused by HPV at all. Freezing these lesions is typically effective treatment in either case.

Hives doubtful: It is very unlikely that hives would just be limited to that area. Do you actually have a rash or just itching?

HPV: Most genital warts are due to HPV and can be prevented with vaccination. While these occur commonly on the vulva, warts on the buttocks  and around the anus are not unusual. 
You should get HPV vaccine.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

i have got itching on my genitals and in between my buttocks and i later got rashes on the back of my palms and skin infection?

Visit the doctor : The description of itching in your genitals and back of the palms, without additional information (meds, allergies)  in an 18 years old man (unless stated, presumptively sexually active), there are several possibilities.  Infections, some contagious, must be ruled out.It is very important to visit  a doctor to see the rash more importantly, to discuss the specifics of your case in a timely manner.
