See a provider.: Gallstones are collected deposits of digestion fluid which form in your gallbladder.  They can cause pain ranging from mild to severe.  It is a very specific diagnosis which should only be made and treated by an appropriately trained provider.  If a non medical person made the diagnosis, you should get confirmation from an appropriate provider as soon as possible to insure appropriate treatment.

Bleach bath: You should do bleach bath 2 to 3 times a week-1/2 cup in full tub of water. Wash with hibiclens soap daily. Have abscess drained by your doctor as needed and antibiotics as needed.

Reduced bile flow: Bile is important for the digestion of fatty foods..Bile flow is compromised for a while after gallbladder surgery. Need to adjust your diet better and seek guidance from you GI surgeon

See a doctor!: Any new or unexplained abdominal pain needs medical evaluation, especially if severe or if any fever. You are younger than average for gallstones, but it's possible. Many other possibilities as well. If you're sexually active, it could be an STD problem. See a doctor ASAP; if you have fever over 101F, get seen now, even if it means a visit to a hospital ER or urgent care clinic. Good luck!
