See a doctor!: Any new or unexplained abdominal pain needs medical evaluation, especially if severe or if any fever. You are younger than average for gallstones, but it's possible. Many other possibilities as well. If you're sexually active, it could be an STD problem. See a doctor ASAP; if you have fever over 101F, get seen now, even if it means a visit to a hospital ER or urgent care clinic. Good luck!

More info: What other symptomd? Fever, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea? Where is pain located and does anything make it better?Probably best to be seen and not delay any longer for your protection!
