Sounds like gas: Many possible causes to abdominal pain in a young woman: simple gas, constipation, gastroenteritis, 'mittelshmerz' (ovulation pain), other gyn causes like ovarian cysts, endometritis, kidney stones, appendicitis, and so on. If pain persists or also with fever, see your doc!

Black stool: Did you use peptobismol?  or iron products? That can cause black stool if not and stool is actually black go to ER as may have gastritis/ulcer with bleeding that needs immediate attention. if in right lower abdomen there is concern for appendicitis Go to ER today

Sources of gas?: Air in the digestive tract may come from a variety of sources--maldigestion due to enzyme deficiency (ex. Lactose intolerance) or food intolerance (ex. Gluten sensitivity), fermentation by gut bacteria (as with bacterial overgrowth syndrome or changed flora after antibiotics), altered GI tract motility, excessive air swallowing, as well as inflammatory and infectious causes.  Would test for these.

1st, why RU gassy?: Feeling full of "gas" may reflect malabsorption of food (like gluten, lactose), intake of poorly digested food, or choosing foods known to promote gas (beans, fizzy drinks).  Sometimes its more complicated--a stomach emptying too slowly, bacterial overgrowth syndrome, delayed intestinal function, partial obstruction from any cause, infection, rectum problems, and pelvic pathology outside the gut.

See ur doctor: "gas pains" can also be symptoms of other treatable causes such as ulcers, poor stomach emptying, hernias, poor biting (ill-fitting dentures or malocclusion of teeth), gut allergies (not necessarily manifest by hives), pancreas or gall bodden problems, etc - if persistent would recommend seeing ur doctor, even if initially responding to antacids/simethicone/anti-gas charcoal, or omeprazole

Need abdomen exam: Without examining her it is hard to say what it is. It could be gas, or her ovary or diverticulitis. It could also be some thing like a pulled muscle. She needs to be seen by a physician if it is persisting. If she can not get to her own, you might consider an urgent care center. If it gets worse she should go to the emergency room.

Hard to tell: You really need a formal doctor visit to figure this out. Gallbladder pain is typically in the right upper quadrant of the abdomen, and often radiates toward to back. It is classically made worse about a half hour after eating, especially fatty foods. Not everyone has this classic picture however, and you need a more thorough exam and maybe an ultrasound.
