Sounds like gas: Many possible causes to abdominal pain in a young woman: simple gas, constipation, gastroenteritis, 'mittelshmerz' (ovulation pain), other gyn causes like ovarian cysts, endometritis, kidney stones, appendicitis, and so on. If pain persists or also with fever, see your doc!
