: I assume you didn't breathe in enough fumes to cause lung symptoms and you have ventilated the room for those hours. If so you should be able to go back in your toilet hours later. If you still have concerns, get more information &amp; instructions from your local health department.

what is the cause and the solution of what seems to be a traveling pocket of gas up and down my back , chest , rib cage with sometimes a griping pain ?

Multiple causes: Increased gas formation may be due to drinking too much carbonated beverages, eating too quickly, not chewing food well before swallowing, high fiber diets...A gas bubble that gets caught (often in the right or left upper quadrant of abdomen) can cause pain in various parts of chest and abdomen. Try correcting above listed problems; then try gas-x, or an otc product with simethocone three daily.

i have gurgles that feel like air bubbles popping constantly on my left side and gas. i have crohns. dr prescribed flagyl but gurgles are back.  help!?

Evaluation needed: Many times with crohns this represents a high grade partial bowel obstruction which needs evaluation.  Initial work up would include a ct scan of the abdomen and pelvis with PO and IV contrasts and a colonoscopy.  Hope this helps.

i had an xray done of my spine and saw black spots air/fat at my liver could that be fatty liver showing up or just gas?

: Plain spine X-ray can not detect fatty liver. The black image in plain X-ray is air pocket, likely the transverse colon.

i randomly get knee pain when lying down. my hip feels tight as if it has a pocket of gas that needs to be released. i have mild lower back pain on my right side.
the numbness and pain spreads is the worst when standing for a few minutes?

? radiculopathy: Your panoply of symptoms causes me to wonder about congenital lumbosacral stenosis, or even ankylosing spondylosis.  Since this appears complex, some blood tests and imaging studies are in order.  A neurological consult would be a good place to start.

Impossible anatomy: I am not sure where this is coming from, but there are no organs or spaces in your back that would create or hold onto gas.  I would advise re-asking the question with symptoms and not a diagnosis.

Not in back: Gas in intestines and colon. Bacterial fermentation of unabsorbed food substances release gaseous products such as hydrogen and methane causing flatulence.  The pressure of the gas may  feel like it is in your back.

Possibly diet change: most likely diet change is doing this,Avoid gas producing diet like beans etc.
