Can try with caution: Usually one can clot adequately when platelet count is 100, 000 or more. While studies show that ganoderma can reduce platelet adhesion when added to blood in a test tube, it's not been proven that taking it orally results in less platelet adhesion. Not recommended: after some search i came to a conclusion that though it carries great value in Asian medicine but still we don't have enough researches to prove its efficacy in medical field so as a physician I wont absolutely not recommend it during pregnancy

Some concerns: I am not an authority on this issue but i would be a little concerned.  This coffee contains ganoderma lucidum (reishi mushroom) which has been associated with nausea, vomiting, GI upset, skin rash, nose bleeds & thinning the blood.
