Similar to elbow: The ankle has a nerve, similar to the ulnar nerve of the elbow. The nerve is sometimes irritated with injury, or tarsal tunnel syndrome/ entrapment. Have you recently injured your ankle or lower leg?

i fell down some stairs 3 weeks ago and stopped myself with my elbow.  x-rays were clear but i'm feeling a lot of funny bone pain still.

Bruised nerve: A direct impact injury to the elbow without fracture can be a contusion including the ulnar nerve.  Ulnar nerve contusions will cause pain, numbness and tingling that will usually spontaneously resolve within a few weeks.  Keep the elbow moving normally in the meantime, and protect the inner elbow from direct impact irritation to avoid further nerve  problems.  Elbow padding is an option.

Different causes: The medial elbow pain experienced in the funny elbow could be an ulnar neuropathy, or a medial epicondylitis.  This will depend on other symptoms that might be experienced.  If nerve problem, then numbness and weakness also present.

The wrist pain could be referred from elbow or a separate problem.  "Small round bone" is not an accurate description of pain location so I cant be specific on causes

Ulnar nerve: Compression. It's quite common in thin females. Try to keep your arms straight at night, if this persists see a neurologist for an evaluation and possible nerve conduction studies to see if an actual nerve injury is taking place.

Many: Could be many reasons and  x-ray is a very important part of the diagnosis.Specially in females there is a condition called osteitis_pubis, could be due to due to trauma of the pelvis, urinary bladder pathology can give pelvic pain too.In male prostate problems can produce that pain.Some other test such as bone scan can be helpful.
