Many: Could be many reasons and x-ray is a very important part of the diagnosis.Specially in females there is a condition called osteitis_pubis, could be due to due to trauma of the pelvis, urinary bladder pathology can give pelvic pain too.In male prostate problems can produce that pain.Some other test such as bone scan can be helpful.
