Different causes: The medial elbow pain experienced in the funny elbow could be an ulnar neuropathy, or a medial epicondylitis. This will depend on other symptoms that might be experienced. If nerve problem, then numbness and weakness also present. The wrist pain could be referred from elbow or a separate problem. "Small round bone" is not an accurate description of pain location so I cant be specific on causes
