Start testing: Probably in a week or so, it might be a good idea to check a pregnancy test.  Find one that becomes positive around 15miu/ml as these are the most sensitive.  The cheaper ones pick up a bit later.

Pregnancy test: If you had sex since your last period, do a home pregnancy test. If the result is negative repeat the test 4-5 days later unless you get a period by then. Use first morning urine and follow the instructions for the test carefully.
If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time, every time. You may consider implanted contraceptive, or IUD. 
Practice safe sex if you have sex. 
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form.

Uterine fibroids: are the most common benign tumors in women, 40% of white women and 60% of African-American women, over the age of 35 have fibroids.  The cause is not known.  The strongest risk factor is heredity.  Other risk factors include early age of onset of menstruation, diet high in red meats and low in fruits and vegetables, and drinking alcohol.  Preventing uterine fibroids is probably not possible.

Zero: A woman who is not pregnant should have a negative HCG level.  Any woman with a positive HCG who has had a hysterectomy needs to be evaluated at once.

Your : Your symptoms could represent a few different processes. First of all you need to be checked for a UTI (urinary tract infection). Your doctor can rule this out with a simple urine test. On the other hand, you could be dealing with a vaginal/pelvic infection(bacterial, yeast, or even std). Lastly, you could be dealing with  ovarian cysts or even uterine fibroids (benign tumors of the uterus). There are multiple possibilities. I recommend a visit with your primary care provider or gyn for a complete evaluation.

Sonogram: We can not draw any big conclusions from the findings of the pelvic exam. If your doctor felt it was abnormal then a pelvic sonogram should be done to confirm that all is normal

Yes: Most likely it is . To be sure get ultrasound to check on the size any the status of your cysts

Unrelated: A retroverted uterus would actually be pointing away from your bladder, towards your back/buttocks. So it is unlikely to be the cause of your bladder symptoms. You may have a UTI, or something called interstitial cystitis, or overactive bladder. I would recommend seeing a gynecologist about your symptoms.

started new bc pills 9d ago. 1st time in 2y. keep feeling like period is gonna start. uterus feels heavy/full. is that normal? it doesn't feel right.

Uti?: Usually shouldn't occur from ocp avert 9 days.  Consider ruling out a urinary tract infection.  Also take aleve (naproxen) or ibuprofen  to alleviate cramping

Precancerous cells: There is a range of results that could be called precancerous. The most common 4 types are Simple hyperplasia, Complex hyperplasia, Simple hyperplasia with atypic and Complex hyperplasia. Treatment depends on the type and the age and fertility plans.
