i had last week a pimple like a pea on the upper of my buthole it hurted only when i wipe i put fucidin on it now its smaller and white!is it serious?

? abscess: sounds like a small peri-rectal abscess. That is a collection of infection and pus in a little opening in the skin, Would continue using the ointment and see your doctor if it gets tender again

Yes: It is a topical antibiotic.  Warm compresses may also be helpful.  If it does not resolve or enlarges, please get an evaluation.

after shaving my beard i always get some red pimples on my neck "submandibular area".my friend advice me to use fucidin cream.is it useful for my case?

Maybe not.: Fucidin is for bacterial infection. If you develop (bacterial) folliculitis after shave,  Fucidin might help. 
But if you have an irritation from razor blade, cortisone cream might do a better job. 
Or you may have a condition called pseudofolliculitis(caused by ingrown hair), a chronic stubborn problem, you'd better seek for dermatologist help, it's a little complicated(to treat).

pimple in ear still has blood coming from it? i am applying fucidin cream on it that doctor prescribed. does this mean it's healing?

The "pimple": was obviously "vascular" (contained blood vessels) If the bleeding continues your Doctor may need to cauterize it (stop the bleeding) The fucidin cream will help prevent an infection but will not by itself stop the bleeding...if normal clotting doesn't do it get back to that Doctor!

Spironlactone: For adult women the best acne treatment is the anti-androgen spironolactone. Usually 100mg orally. Expect clearing in 3 months. Not if pregnant or in kidney failure. If very severe acne and insufficient response to spironolactone, 5 months of oral isotretinoin, probably at 80mg a day, will rescue you. Not if pregnant. Could be many things: An outbreak of acne like rash on the buttocks can happen from a variety of causes. Excessive sweating even with good hygiene can promote bacterial infection and the types of bacteria that can cause this are treated differently.  The Fucidin cream you are applying doesn't help adequately and you may need an oral antibiotic.

Not for long term us: That is a steroid cream which is not good for long term use on the skin.  If you are only using it every now and again on different areas of the face, it won't be a problem.  Extensive use over the face or concentrated in one area can thin the skin and/or potentially cause systemic symptoms of steroid use.  Other medications are better for management of acne. (salicylic acid wash/benzoyl peroxide).
