Some maybe - most no: Most frozen dinners contain a lot of extra sodium and preservatives that you wouldn't use if you cooked the meal at home.  You really need to read labels carefully.  There are some fairly decent kinds though.  Companies like artisan bistro, amy's and kashi make some that are better -- again, check the label to see what you're buying.   Important also to include some fresh foods in your diet.

None: Yogurt is a good source of protein, and if fat free, usually low in calories.

Read the lable: Your best bet is to compare the nutrition lables. Look for the product with the least  cholesterol, sturated fat and trans fat. See if one product has more fiber and less sodium. Check the ingredient list for added sugar. Ingredients are listed in order of amount. All this will help you decide if one product has any health advantage compared to another..

Frozen dinners: With frozen dinners, the biggest problems are too much sodium, sugar, and fat in them.  Center for science in the public interest publishes a good monthly newsletter covering issues like this. It's a good question: If by fresh you mean grown locally in your own garden or purchased at local farmer's market, that is best. But many vegetables in the grocery store have been transported thousands of miles, susceptible to contamination along the way. They may have been picked too early losing nutritive value. Frozen and most canned are processed at the peak of ripeness and are VERY convenient. They are all good!

Not so bad: If you mean like frozen vegetables-good idea, always in the house, don't wilt, go bad; plenty enough nutrition; much better than not eating it. If you mean like frozen entrees, less good; most are over salted, over fat, or not so tasty. Better to make your own in big enough portions and then freeze the extra for another meal or 2.
