Read the lable: Your best bet is to compare the nutrition lables. Look for the product with the least cholesterol, sturated fat and trans fat. See if one product has more fiber and less sodium. Check the ingredient list for added sugar. Ingredients are listed in order of amount. All this will help you decide if one product has any health advantage compared to another..

Any difference?: I suppose one could argue that multifiber or whole wheat may be better, if no suger is added. But if there truly is a difference, i suspect it is minute. The real answer is that there is much better food than any waffles.

Avoid trans fat: It would be hard to say which are the most healthy, but in buying most processed foods i would try to avoid those with "trans fats". That is those which indicate they contain poly-hydrogenated oils in the ingredients. Common in many processed foods these oils tend to decrease HDL ( good cholesterol) and increase risk of heart disease. Beyond that most are probably roughly the same.

None.: Frozen waffles have a lot of sugar added, useless added fat, a truly little protein and fiber. An eas or atkin's protein beverage would be quicker and healthier. Allbran and fiber one with fruit would be tasty alternatives.
