This can cause soreness of the tissues around the roots of the teeth as well as slight mobility of the teeth. You should see a dentist to evaluate your occlusion (bite), rule out other causes, and consider the use of a night guard.

If sudden change: If this was due to a recent injury to your jaw then it might be dislocated.  Another possible cause is a misalignment of your temporomandibular joints (tmj).  In either case, this would be a sudden change to your bite as if something was suddenly wrong.  Whatever the cause, it would be wise on your part to see a dentist asap to evaluate your teeth, occlusion and joints.

small, moveable lumps underneath front bottom teeth. below the gums, not visible. i've had one since i was 17 that's gotten bigger, and two new ones popped up as well. they do not hurt, they feel uncomfortable. should i be worried?

Exam needed: If these are painless they are most likely harmless bony growths of the lower jaw or fibrous accumulations from prior irritation. However, to be sure you would have to have a dentist or oral surgeon examine them.
