Ruling out any: Medical problems, yawning is simply your body asking for more air.  It often happens to folks during yoga class.  I see you deal w/anxiety.  Some folks feel a bit breath deprived when anxious.  Peace and good health.

Need better sleep: Yawning, first of all, is suggestible, so it sometimes can come from thinking about it or seeing other people's yawning.  More commonly, though, spontaneously, it is the result of drowsiness, fatigue.  Perhaps you are not getting adequate sleep or adequately restful sleep. Yawning: Probably because you are bored and do not find it exciting. Try reading a book , watching a movie or listening to music while you work out.

Poor sleep: Due to insomnia. Also consider sleep apnea.... In some individuals their medications can cause fatigue though looking through yours it does not jump at me....

Not a disease: What you described is not a disease, just a variation on normal life.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

whenever i took 100mg modafinil for wakefulness, it resulted in frequent yawning that wouldn't stop until drug effect subsides. is this a side-effect or the drug is not working for me effectively because i felt it seem to not working for me ?

: It is a reported side effect, said to be most common in older white men for some reason. Interesting that you would have that. It does sound like the medication made you yawn but did not give you the effect you wanted.

i have gad symptom right after i recovered from tuberculosis. now i have improper breathing n frequent yawning in the evening. can you give me help?

Find psychotherapy: A psychotherapist can help you navigate through the stresses of medical conditions and can teach you breathing techniques to lower gad and release co2 properly to get enough o2 so yawning will be less necessary. That pattern should be helpful. It is - inhale fully through nose hold for some seconds then exhale slowly and totally through pursed lips (like blowing out a candle) do several to relax.

i am having troubles breathing in fully. its been going on for a week now and ive been yawning excessively, about every minute or two but i cant always get in a full breath of air and i know it sounds weird but it doesnt feel right??
