i have chronic phlegm. i have  also hiatal hernia and frecuente sore throat . what condition do you think i have? and what woul be the best treatment?

Acid Reflux ??: It is hard to tell without being able to evaluate you in person, but acid reflux can occur all the way up to the back of the throat. A hiatal hernia can make acid reflux easier and more severe. Acid can irritate the throat and lead to a sore throat. It can also spill over into the lungs and cause coughing and choking. The acid irritation can lead to excess mucous as well. See your doctor for eval.

Probably not: However, since you asked us, you will certainly want to take it to a dermatologist. We can't diagnose at a distance on just a description. Many people have a lentigo or two on the upper body that looks out of place, and if a person feels uncomfortable about it, it's often wise to trust their intuition and simply remove it.

Hard to tell: but blackish purplish is not typical of ringworm (tinea) infection . I think you need to check with your doctor if this has been present for more than 10 days or is progressing.

See a dermatologist: Lentigo Simplex and Penile Lentiginosis present as flat brown to black spots on the penis with irregular borders. They are not malignant BUT Lentigo Maligna(Hutchinson melanotic freckle) and melanoma may look similar to Lentigo Simplex. The presence of several spots makes melanoma less likely, but to be on the safe side have a dermatologist examen them to be certain.

Those are 2 of the criteria that we use when we check moles : Asymmetry, Borders, Color, Diameter, Evolution. Plus, you are noticing it after the exposure to the sun. It is important to go to the Doctor and have them checked.

The shaft: Of the penis has superficial veins, and they can dilate to cause a protuberance; but the most common site of cancer is the head/glans penis.  Why speculate? Go see a doctor to be sure it is not something else not related to cancer.
