ok so i was having a back pain near scapula and lower rib on the left side...so my doctor recommended me to get an mri of the spine and the impression of the spine is traumatic wedging of d4 to d7 vertebral bodies...does that mean it's a fracture?

Varies: Rib fractures are notoriously hard to see on an X-ray. possible causes can include: another rib fracture, a thoracic radiculopaththy, costochondritis, and non musculoskeletal disorders such as cardiac or pulmonary.  Discuss with your primary care doctor.

Inflammation: Sounds like the bleeding and inflammation from your rib fractures is causing pain in some of the surrounding muscles and possibly the pleura itself. If this does not start improving, or you get short of breath, see your physician.

i think i have a fractured rib on left side from a bear hug...hurts to take deep breath and move too fast...but now i feel like i can feel air bubbles on side where i think is fractured. is this normal?

May not have healed : Usually broken ribs heal in 2-3 months but occasionally it may  take little longer as long as it continues to improve and it is not getting worse in terms  of pain just give it some more time  to heal completely hopefully it will resolve soon good luck if the pain is getting worse however then talk to your doctor so he may check it out.

Rib injury: A rib injury can cause all the symptoms you describe. It's possible to crack a rib with a strong cough or sneeze! Treatment of a rib injury is limited to pain medicine and sometimes taping of a small area of the chest. Important to do deep breathing exercises or use an incentive spirometer to prevent a lung infection in the side of the pain.
