Definitely: Diabetes is serious in and of itself without complications. You need to get to the closest er or urgent care center asap. The kidneys are one fo diabetes' "favorite organs" to bump off.

Ok so I was having a back pain near scapula and lower rib on the left side...so my doctor recommended me to get an mri of the spine and the impression of the spine is traumatic wedging of d4 to d7 vertebral bodies...does that mean it's a fracture?
