Pectoralis strain: Repetitive work with the right ue and body can strain the pectoralis muscle.  However, other things can present with this constellation of symptoms.  Would recommend evaluation by your doctor if it persists.

Regarding leg tingling, numbness, back pain...these symptoms are suspicious for lumbar nerve compression. Most useful evaluation would likely be evaluation by provider, careful physical exam to detect muscle weakness, probably followed by MRI imaging to localize possible site of nerve compression.
"Muscle pain in my right arm" can be treated with rest, ice or heat, NSAID/ibuprofen.
