Fordyce spots: Fordyce spots in men are commonly found on scrotum as red dots.  They are usually without symptom.  If you are itching a lot, i would recommend you see your doctor.  A short trial of topical cortisone could be tried, but it would be best to get it checked, since itching is not common.

Fordyce Spots: these are normal sebaceous glands and are part of the normal structure. There is no need for treatment.  They do not cause itching.  Your itching may be caused by something else.  Keep yourself clean and dry.  Your may have a fungus for witch OTC lamisil (terbinafine) should work.  If it persists see your doctor

White Spots: Hair follicles and sebaceous (sweat) glands: these are extremely common and a normal part of the skin's anatomy. They are commonly found on the penile shaft, particularly on the ventral surface (underside). They may be visible as small nodules or might only be felt as small lumps in the skin. They will have a hair arising from them that reveals their true nature. They are quite normal.

Unprotected?: If you have been engaging in unprotected sexual intercourse- get checked for STDs. Time to consider BOTH BC ( pills, spermicidal jelly , foam or vaginal inserts, sponge or IUD PLUS- ALWAYS USE CONDOMS-if you are old enough to have sexual relations you must become sexually responsible.

Sort of: There is no rule that says prominent sebaceous glands (Fordyce spots) occur in larger quantities than hermetic lesions or warts but they generally do. Fordyce spots are not a disease and they are not transmissible
