No, but: A blood count can tell if you have an abnormal counts of the cells of the blood (white cells, red cells and platelets).  One or all can be lower with mono.  However, even if you have an abnormal blood count and the right symptoms, you should have the monospot test done to confirm.

: It is possible to have mononucleosis without having a sore throat. This can be tested for in bloodwork so perhaps your doctor can test you for mono to rule it in or out. There is no specific treatment for mono-just supportive care like rest and treating any symptoms. If you have an enlarged spleen, you would limit any contact sports until the enlarged spleen decreases in size. So, see your doctor.

Ask your doctor: There are many causes of a sore throat.  If you have been tested for mononucleosis you have seen a doctor, so go ask that doctor what he/she thinks you have.  Perhaps you have sinusitis and allergies with post-nasal drip.  Perhaps you have some other kind of infection.  Only your doctor (or another who sees you) can figure this out.

Chronic Fatigue: This is complicated and needs your doctor's attention. Did you have blood test to try to find out why you are tired and depressed? You may have chronic fatigue syndrome. You should also have hormone and thyroid levels checked. Men do experience a change similar to menopause in women and may benefit from hormone replacement. You may also be dealing with depression and need mental health attention.

: What was the reason for CT scan and where are the swollen lymph nodes? I do not think the CT findings are due to childhood history of mononucleosis but because your blood test results were normal so it is reasonable to wait for a follow-up scan in 3-4 months. However, if any accessible lymph node gets bigger in the mean time, node resection or biopsy should be done.
