B Vitamins: For my patients I have had some success adding a b complex vitamin to the daily supplement.

There is a prescription called metanyx that claims to be better then over the counter vitamins.

You also need to have a good diet and to take a good multiple vitamin daily.

To answer the first : Part of your question, you may have something called anterior tarsal tunnel syndrome. This is a compression of the deep peroneal nerve and can cause your symptoms.  Please resend your second question so you will have more space to complete your thought. Also, tell us what you mean by a "hook".

HEADACHE BACKPAIN ET: How did you got hurt? You have headache, backpain and right foot pain for how long?  Did you take pain pill without relief ?  You need to see a doctor to examine you thoroughly. Take care! i hope you feel better.

Can't really get RID: Of scars, but you can reduce their noticibility.  Use a cream called Mederma to reduce the appearance of scars.

Diabetes: If you have type 1 diabetes you should be taking more than just Lantus (insulin glargine).
If you have type 2 diabetes you should start working to change your diet such that you get rid of your diabetes over time. Have a look online at "NuVal" and/or the many other options for diet control.
You burnt foot needs to be seen by a foot doctor.

why is it that when i wear high heels my foot starts to burn?

Pain: The position of the foot/ankle complex is in when wearing high heels is not a normal position. There are abnormal pressures put on the bones, muscles and nerves of the calf, ankle and foot. The pressures and strain on the nerve causes pain which, in your case, is perceived as burning. Burning pain is a type of neuropathy. So, the wearing of high heels is causing you to have neuropathic symptoms.

Foot blister: A blister on the foot can be caused by friction from improperly fitted footwear, a big bite, or infection by bacteria or fungus. Do not pick at the blister. Cover the blister with a bandage. A friction blister should resolve on its own within a few days. If the blister does not go away, see a doctor. A doctor can examine the blister and drain it with a sterile needle.

itchy bumps have appeared on the top of my foot and they burn and itch. what are they, how can i treat them?

Contact allergy: to shoe material with chromate being a likely allergen.  Do you have the same problem with non-leather shoes (takes at least a week to tell)?  Consult a dermatologist or allergist . In the meanwhile try wearing non-leather shoes or a thick sock with leather shoes. Apply topical hydrocortisone cream . If problem persists, see  derm or allergist.

big toe is slightly red and it extends to about an inch to the foot.  only on left foot. does not burn or itch and it seems to be more red in shoes.

Two possibilities.: A directed history of the issue is needed. I always consider the possibility of gout when the big toe is involved, pain or no pain, swelling or no swelling. It could also be that your shoes are the culprit. Try not wearing that particular pair and see if the problem abates.
