This along with daily meditation/prayer, deep breathing exercises etc, give you a better result than supplements.

Emergency Rx: The best way to diagnose food allergies is by history, or perhaps an elimination diet, and the best treatment by far is avoidance as realistically required. No rx / pill / supplement will make food allergies just go away -- being proactive is best.

Some meds contribute to constipation so take the meds with full glass of fluid instead of a sip in addition to the above recommended fluids.
