Your face is fine: The vast majority of people would be very, very happy to have lost weight. With your sleep apnea, you may even have saved your life Your facial fat is mostly gone now and chances are most people are impressed. There's no magic food or powder for this or really for anything else. I suspect you have body dysmorphic disorder and a chat with your physician will be most helpful.

Be patient: I had the same problem when i was younger and i hated my moon face.  Little did i know that as i aged the fat would disappear from my face.  Now i think my face is too thin.  Consider using make-up to contour the face instead (if you wear make-up) or grow the hair longer and straighter to slim the sides.  Otherwise be happy you will stay younger looking longer!

A few possibilties: Hypo thyroidism can cause a puffy apearance . Allergies can also cause this. Exogenous steroids, renal failure, etc a full h;p as well as a complete battery of labs would help sort things out.

Diet and exercise: Facial fat can be reduced in the same ways as body fat- with good diet and regular exercise. In some areas, conservative liposuction or contouring can be helpful as well.

Needs small portions of meat.

Very fat face: Most people have already said it, you mostly can't lost fat in just your face. However, there is one thing I can think of: Face fat is sometimes a symptom of  Carbohydrate Intolerance, or CI, and therefore can be reversed if you have CI. (A lot of people have it, and mostly no one knows about it.) After generations of people eating refined  carbohydrates like sugar and white flour, many people suffer from CI.  Your body just hasn't evolved to eat things like processed sugar and  flour.

Spot fat loss does : Not occur naturally. By losing weight in general  some will probably be facial fat.  But, we don't get to choose what area of body fat is lost from. Eat healthfully ; be physically active. Aim for 7.5 to 8 hrs of sleep / night. Hydrate w at least 64 oz of water / day. Calories burned must &gt; calories consumed.  Do both cardio ; weight training. You can mix ; match different kinds of  exercise.
