No sugar, Yes veggie: One can make meals out of veggies. Some veggies can be raw, others can be cooked. Grains are usually counted as veggies, so corn or brown rice are fine in moderation. Beans have protein (fruits don't really have protein). If one stretches the definition of veggies, he can even include the "fruit veggies" such as tomatoes and cucumbers (things that have seeds). Needs small portions of meat.
