Simple reason!: Zinc in high doses treats wilson's disease, a copper overdose syndrome caused by absorption of too much copper.  Zinc competes to some exent with copper absorption in the intestine, so adding copper (usually 2mg) is a good idea, as not to cause copper deficiency!

Breastfeeding and dr: L-tyrosine is an amino acid so that is fine but why not just eat food. PABA is the active ingredient of mothballs and is NOT recommended for human consumption or for moths for that matter. Copper is known as a micro-nutrient and is OK. Why are you taking these dietary supplements?? Just eat a good diet of various fruits and vegeis and you'll get what you'll need!!

Nothing!: This may upset her stomach and may turn her stools blackish or dark grey temporarily ..HOWEVER a call to your local POISON CONTROL CENTER would  be your best action...BTW 15 years old 50KG=small adult!

The best time to take one is when you miss your period.

Controversial: Not clear that one requires a menu of supplements if consuming a standard balanced American diet.  This is so contentious that it is possible to find a plethora of opinions online, and hard to say how to proceed.  Your multivitamin may or may not be safe, and may not even contain listed amounts of supplements.  A good source is "Consumer's Reports" where this has been studied.
