Yes but not only: Eating too much fat can be bad for you.  But low fat foods may be high in other things that are bad for you.  Processed food for example can be high in sugar and salt.  And you need healthy fats in your diet. Without them you could become depressed, have increased cancer risk, have trouble absorbing  vitamins, even develop heart disease, cholesterol problems.

Do eat non-starchy carbs like vegetables, avocados and berries and have moderate protein foods like beans, nuts, seeds, eggs, cheese, chicken, fish, grass-fed meats etc. Avoid gmo foods ; animals fed gmo foods (thus choose organic meats/eggs). Lastly if you haven't had any testing of your blood sugar, get some testing done

If you have a medical condition, like malabsorption, immunodeficiency or cancer treated with chemotherapy, you may need certain vitamin supplements.  Otherwise, maintaining a normal diet with fruits, vegetables and whole grains, limiting saturated fats and maintaining a normal wieght should be fine for normal immune function.

Eat vegetables, salads, beans, whole fruits with low sugar contents, chicken, fish and lean meat. Get in the habit to look at the label and see how much carbohydrates is in ( high fructose corn is in ketchup, salad dressings, bread, coated french fries...).

Prevent low sugar: How low is low? Any symptoms? You didn't list any medications or conditions that would explain why you have low sugar. Juice or small piece of hard candy, even glucose tablets, are often used to treat low sugars. But better to prevent event rather than keep treating. So talk to your doctor & get diagnosis.
