Absorption increased: Food increases absorption. Metoprolol serum levels may be increased if taken with food.
For this reason it is advised to take immediate release tartrate tablets with food; metoprolol succinate can be taken with or without food.

: You can stop this medication at this dose without significant rebound effect or you can take every other day then every third day then stop if you are too concerned.

Often time you may want a medication to help prevent more problems since your ef is not too good. You may also be over weight and have many other risk factors for more cardiac and or renal problems. Amiodarone: This is a great drug with great potential for toxicity;so the lowest effective dose, varies between individuals,should be used.I have seen it effective as low as 100 mg every other day in a rare ndividual;levels can be checked to exclude excess build up in the blood

Interaction: Should not be an interaction with multivitamin but there is a problem with naproxen as this can cause an increase in blood pressure.
