2 questions here: If Helicobacter pylori has been documented in association with ulcer, then treatment is requisite.Not treating this bacteria places you at risk for ulcer non-healing, ulcer recurrence, &amp; even stomach cancer.There are several antibiotic combinations that work quite effectively in eradicating H.pylori. After completion of antibiotics, check stool to document clearance. Regarding diet, please re-ask.

Yes . :  Black tea , due to its high caffeine content as well as other bioactive components , can block DHT , especially in combination with soy .    A  few other  natural foods like pumpkin seed oil and pygeum  bark  have also  been shown to block DHT , but their effectiveness has not been so well established .

im 28 y/o female. i have been monitoring my blood pressure for a while now. due to drinking and my diet, my blood pressure is really high 180/120 sometimes. i live in china and finding low sodium foods are hard. how can i naturally lower it?

: If your blood pressure is really 180/120, low salt diet is unlikely to be sufficient. It is imperative that you see a doctor as you are likely to need anti-hypertensive medication. Do not delay seeking medical care to avoid complications.

The Runs: Please see your doctor to make sure all is well otherwise.  You may be eating something that you are sensitive to.  You can begin to eliminate one thing at a time from your diet and see if/when things change.  We are all different and you may not be able to tolerate as much sugar as someone else. Possible causes: Dehydration, taking certain medications, salivary gland disorders, endocrine disorder, neurologic abnormality and post-nasal drip may cause salty taste. It would be useful to talk to your physician for a proper evaluation.
