Egg release 36 hrs+: Good question. They probably all do not release at the same time. Usually about 38-40 hours later, but it is highly variable.  We do egg retrievals at 36 hours post Ovidrel and eggs are there.  The IUI is usually at 36 hours.
Be sure to have intercourse in the 36 hours plus time. Best of luck!

7 days post trigger, i have small amount of stretchy cm! is it possible to ovulate later on ovidrel? i had a 19mm follicle time of trigger.

Anything is possible: Anything is possible but the idea of the ovulation inducing medications is to induce ovulation right away. Ovulating a week later would be atypical.

i took an ovidrel shot under dr orders with 2 follicle measuring at 20 each, what are the chances that i didn't ovulate? would i have felt it?

Low: You should ovulate with ovidrel. The only reasons why you would not are a bad batch of medicine or taking it wrong. Some women need a higher dose due to body weight but essentially it should always lead to ovulation about 30-40 hours after taking it. You may not feel it.

i injected ovidrel two days ago when my follicle was 21mm. when i am about to ovulate or have i already ovulated? how ill know

Ovulation ?: Ovidrel will generally cause ovulation, but the only proof will be pregnancy, since the "ovulation kit" if used will not be accurate b/c of the Ovidrel injection. If the follicle which was "21 mm." was the follicle which ovulated, another ultrasound will show this to be absent.  Another way would be if your period starts in about 14 days after your Ovidrel (i.e., pregnancy did not intervene).

Of course: the best person to be answering this question is your treating infertility doctor. Most experts would say that the ideal follicle size associated with maturity of the egg is 18-20 mm or larger. There certainly could have been other additional factors leading your doctor to administer the hCG. My understanding is that once the "trigger" hormones are given, the egg will be released/ovulation occurs.

i took the trigger shot (ovidrel) when my follicle was 19mm. my lh and estradiol were about to peak (13. i had an iui 2 days after my trigger shot. what would be the reasons why iui would fail in this case?

: Assuming eggs are released as expected but due to tubal occlusion, an ovulated egg is unable to be fertilized by sperm or to reach the endometrial cavity. If sperms do reach an egg, they may not be able to penetrate the egg’s covering. Then if an egg is fertilized, two-thirds of all human embryos fail to develop successfully.
