i was brushing my tongue with an electric tooth brush, i think i must of gone too far back inside my mouth as i gagged several times as though i might vomit. when i spit in the sink there was red/pink blood and a soft substance, should i be worried?

Injury: You injured yourself. Should heal in no more than 145 days. If still present by day 14, call your Dentist for an evaluation.

my 10 month old son hit his head on hardwood floor. cried for 15 mins, no conciousness lost or vomiting. cleared by dr. can this cause epilepsy or autism? he has hit head on the floor like this before

Usually no worries: Babies are not that fragile, which is one reason why we human haven't gone extinct yet. Regarding future head bonks (there shall be many), if a child is acting quite differently even after a mild bump, contact his doctor. Head bonks in which there is low-impact on the head, little crying, no changes in behavior, and no headache after the first 1-2 hours, usually don't cause any problems at all.

sometimes when i wake up i spit and i see some streaks of blood with the saliva. no cough, not vomiting, nose is clear, what can it be? from stomach?

ENT source?: If there's a tinge of blood in this saliva, the thought would be that there would be some ENT source.  Now of course, blood leaving the body is always concerning so this should be investigated by an ENT specialist, via examination and direct laryngoscopy.

so this morning i threw up in my mouth and been feeling nausea, i also my stomach pain and clear discharge could i be prego?

Yes: If you are sexually active, then you could be pregnant either from unprotected sex or from birth control failure.  If you're worried, why not take a home pregnancy test and then you can be 100% certain.  They are fast and accurate.  If it's negative, may want to look for other gastrointestinal reasons that you could feel nauseated and vomiting.  Clear discharge is normal and not sign of pregnancy.

hi, my 14 year old daughter is experiencing severe migraines with vomiting. her hands and tongue-become lame that she cant carry anything or speak clearly. we have been to a gp who has prescribed maxalt. ?

Refer to Neuro: Migraines can cause a multitude of symptoms.With the speak problems and also also tongue ,what has been done so far,what drugs have been taken,has she had a  MRI or a Ct scan,etc.How often occusring,when and what is going on around that time,any history of trauma or infection or seizures.Limit caffeine,get plenty of water and 7-8 hours of sleep.can try propylaxis 400 riboflavin/3 mg melatonin

Cutters: You should keep a small pair of wire cutters handy in case that happens to make absolutely sure you don't aspirate or inhale any vomit. If this happens get back to whomever wired you shut to get the wires repaired.

Regurgitation: GERD (gastroesophageal reflux disease) =stuff from stomach (whether acid or not) regurgitates back into esophagus due to inappropriate relaxation of lower esophageal sphincter, impaired esophageal function (peristalsis), inadequate saliva, gastric outlet narrowing, gastroparesis, small bowel pathology, etc. Is quite common--see other HealthTap answers how to control this &amp; prevent consequences.

Enamel wear: There are certain toothpastes that help enamel wear from acids, such as from vomitting. Ultimately you have to fix the cause of the vomitting.  There are no products that truly build back tooth enamel.

i have a flu but this mornin i started puking saliva & brown stuff i don't think its blood until i started puking light pink stuff should i be scared?

Possibly: If this continues suggest you see a doctor, but definitely if it becomes worse.  Probably just had minor damage to tissues either from the force of vomiting or the acid you bring up damaging the mucous membranes. Hope you get much better soon.
