i had a big night of drinking last night and had guinness. this morning my stool was normal but now it's loose and black. should i be worried?

Too much drinking: Guinness is a dark beer - so its not unusual to have dark stools. The looseness is probably due to too much alcohol load.

Bleeding...: Black stills are a sign of stomach bleeding. They look like that due to digested blood, unless you are taking iron supplements which may make them look this way too. My advise is to avoid any alcohol ingestion since it can make this worse and see your doctor ASAP for further evaluation. You most likely need to see a GI doctor for evaluation of your gastrointestinal system.

is binge drinking the reason for slight stomach ache and loose stool? if yes how long will it continue after drinking stops?

It can be : Binge drinking can lead to alcoholic gastritis, which causes stomach pain.  The loose stools can be part of general GI irritation.  If your system is responding this way, it's giving you a strong message to stop abusing it.  If you still have difficulty in a few days, please see your physician. If you have dark stools or vomit blood, get emergency medical attention.

Liver irritation: Most likely this is just irritation of your liver from the metabolic hit it took during your night of drinking (the liver metabolizes alcohol). As long as you don't make a regular habit of it, the symptoms should go away. Hope this helps!

Alcoholic hepatitis: Even binge drinking can cause serious liver damage, AND you can have pancreatitis as a result too. Probably if you have moderate to severe pain, you should be seen in an ER for blood tests to ensure your liver has not suffered a severe injury, and to ensure you do not have pancreatitis. Maybe time to think about quitting alcohol until you are able to keep things moderate, or maybe indefinitely.

It depends: Alcohol causes dehydration. It also causes lowered inhibitions. Depending on what actions you performed while out drinking you could have strained your neck, you could also be feeling the effects of light dehydration. 
If the feeling persists, or if you develop a fever or increased pain, see a doctor

Reflux injury: Odynophagia , painful swallowing following ingestion of alcohol suggests inflammation of the pharyngeal mucosa leading to pain. There may be esophageal spasm causing the radiation of substernal pain.
consider OTC antacids, pepcid , avoid repeating this and consider a visit w a physician for further evaluation
