Depends: Sometime the fluid can be posterior (in back of hip joint) so if you come in from the front, you may not get it.  Usually, you can though if there is a lot.  Also, the aspiration of the hip needs to be done with image guidance to make sure you're in the right spot.

Depends: All hips have joint fluid 4 lubrication, it becomes a significant finding if as in ur case, it may b increased, along with thigh pain b sure ur cing a pediatric orthopedic surgeon, as this needs a very fast & thorough work up.

Basics: The wording just suggests there might have been a minimal injury some time in the past but there is no evidence for a new one now. It just means it appears normal with a little fudge factor thrown in.

Yes, you can: If you did not have any hardware placed after the fracture, you should be fine to progress with a normal pregnancy. If you had hardware, depending on how extensive the injury, you may need to consider c section. While you will be able to have children, you will most likely have increased arthritic pain at the si joint that might be exacerbated during progression of the pregnancy.  Hope this helps!

SI pain: See a pain specialist.  That is a bad joint to fracture.  An injection or rf lesioning of the nerves may help.

Hip osteoarthritis: There are studies to support that viscosupplementation  for osteoarthritis of the hip can have the same efficacy as viscosupplementation for the knee.  However, patients respond differently and one person may experience greater pain relief than another.
