Can be a cause  but!: There can also be other causes. It is best to discuss with your  physician.

This is a great drug and it can control your  MS but you need  guidance to take it safely. It is an immunosupressent  and infection can be a risk.

We used the same drug in studies  for Rheumatoid Arthritis and it did great but we  do not have  it availble for RA unfortunately

Yes: If you mean nausea and vomiting, then yes.  If you mean fever, diarrhea , or cough, then no.

Jaundiced?: His/her symptoms, when considered together, suggest early onset jaundice due to a liver problem, bile duct/gallbladder problem, or pancreatic disease. This can be serious, may worsen, & deserves urgent physical examination & lab testing. Please get him/her to see a doctor or to present to the emergency room. And absolutely no alcohol.  Yes, you're right on the money!

Many possibilities : Leukemia could cause this, but much less likely than several other things. Given your location (South Africa) -- depending in part on lifestyle etc -- things that come to mind are tuberculosis, malaria, parasitic infestation, and various other chronic infections. HIV and syphilis are possible, depending on sexual risks. Lymphoma and other cancers aside from leukemia. See a doctor soon. Good luck!

Maybe: Those in most need of testing are short of breath or have painful breathing on minor exertion as these are likely to need hospital care. For others it is a local/situational issue. How active is the virus in your community? Would you be at risk or exposure at a testing site ? I would  contact the local health department for guidance.

Symptomatic treatmen: The treatment depends on the presenting symptoms. Body achiness is best treated with tylenol (acetaminophen) or similar agents.  This would also help with any fevers. Hydration is also improtant to help alleviate symptoms. Respiratory symptoms are usually also treated symptomatically with anti histamines to dry that "runny nose" cough medicines to suppress cough etc.
