sinusitis: See an otolaryngologist with whom you are comfortable. Any doc guessing that a patient may have 'life threatening' disease of any kind is counterproductive, unless based on specific findings, as would be on clinical exam or ct scan, for example. The eye signs are somewhat worrisome, but again, a good exam by a head/neck expert would be in order.

Wrong assumptions: You assume that 1) condoms guarantee the prevention of std's, and 2) that all prostitutes carry std's. You may have an std, but impossible to tell over the internet.. Your symptoms can be caused by a plethora of ailments. See a local physician and be tested and treated for whatever ails you.

COVID 19 screening: COVID 19 should be ruled out. Monitor for fever, rest, drink fluids. Use Tylenol, rather than Motrin to treat fever. If you develop worsening respiratory symptoms, please see your PCP.

For adenovirus, a drop of betadine can help eradicate the virus and lead to a more rapid resolution of the infection with a diminished chance of corneal scarring if caught early.
