Eye flu?: If your daughter has a bacterial conjunctivitis then her doctor should prescribe antibiotic eye drops.  If the conjunctivitis is due to allergies or viral, then itone drops are safe to use for comfort.  See her doctor if symptoms are worsening.

Yes, for reassurance: The chance that you have a sinus infection is increased if you have 10 days or more of yellow discharge from your nose, nasal congestion, and facial pressure. Your doctor may then want to give you antibiotics. For your kids, if you're worried at all that they are having trouble breathing, then see your doctor to get a professional opinion. It sounds like a tough time in your house; much sympathy!

Maybe: Reddish discoloration of the eyes is common in upper respiratory infections, and may not always be associated with a viral conjunctivitis (commonly called "pink eye"). The mucous membrane lining the sinuses is connected to the conjunctiva via a small canal (the nasolacrimal duct). Thus any inflammation in the sinuses can carry over into the eye as well, and it can be very asymmetric.

Allergies : Rinse eyes with saline and use an over the counter allergy eye drop preparation. Monitor temperature, and if thick drainage occurs consult with Healthtap during a consultation or with your physician. 
There are different types of pink eye. Further symptoms of a viral infection would make an infectious cause more likely. Avoid dust, smoke and other irritants.

Tamiflu: If you got the flu and it was confirmed, then tamiflu (oseltamivir) can help especially if started within 48 hours of the onset of the flu symptoms, regardless of vaccination status.
