: Yes. I wouldn't make it a habit but this won't hurt you. It also does not increase the effect of the med by a measurable amount.

It is okay: I presume these have been prescribed by your doctor for a specific problem.  These medications are complementary and will not adversely affect each other.  Continue to follow your doctor's recipe.

Yes, it's safe: If it is helping and you can remember to take it twice a day, then splitting the dose twice a day  should continue to work. You do not develop rebound congestion nor tolerance to this class of nasal sprays.

Be "patient": patient !   The main effective ingredients is a steroid (cortisone-like) drug.  Another week at least!

Pretty well: Most people get good relief using this topical corticosteroid spray 1-2 puffs each nostril daily. Sometimes you have to use if twice a day to get symptoms under control. If it's not working well it may be that you haven't shaken the bottle enough, you incorrectly positioned the tip of the device, you don't have allergic rhinitis or you need allergy immunotherapy. See an allergist.

No, resume schedule: Both Flonase (fluticasone) and Singulair (montelukast) have very wide margins of safety which in pharmacologic lingo  refers to the effective dose of a drug divided by its harmful or lethal dose and that number is certainly greater than 50 and probably over 100 for both. Just resume your usual schedule tomorrow.

Long time: Flonase can be safely used if applied correctly and used within the recommended dose.  Although a WHO report suggested that this could be linked to a slightly higher incidence of glaucoma, this is not the usual experience.
