Pretty well: Most people get good relief using this topical corticosteroid spray 1-2 puffs each nostril daily. Sometimes you have to use if twice a day to get symptoms under control. If it's not working well it may be that you haven't shaken the bottle enough, you incorrectly positioned the tip of the device, you don't have allergic rhinitis or you need allergy immunotherapy.
