Anytime: If we are speaking of pills I do not know of any best time.  If we are speaking of B12 injections, again anytime is ok.  Oral B12 requires an acid environment in the stomach in order to bind to intrinsic factor (made by the stomach) and be easily absorbed- so empty stomach is best and not when you have recently taken antacids or medicines that inhibit stomach acid production.

It varies: Ashwagandha has a wide range of proven benefits. I recommend it to almost all my patients. It gives energy but is also calming. It often improves sleep, even if taken in the morning.
I find most people benefit more from taking it in the morning, but some do better taking it at bedtime and some take it AM and PM. Experiment to see how you feel taking it AM vs. PM.

Lamictal: That is based on your doctor's recommendation. I use the once a day dosing as one every day with dinner, &amp; the twice daily as one with breakfast &amp; one with dinner.

Same time: This is a good question; some medications work better when taken at certain times.

     Fortunately, Lisinopril is most commonly prescribed as a 'once a day' drug, and for most people, the time of the day does not matter. 
     Individual choice does occur- some people feel better if they take it in the am, others in the evening.

It is most important to take it at a similar time each day.
