Sinus flush: Hello, i usually recommend neilmed products. They have a squeeze bottle delivery device that is quite effective at rinse and irrigation. Also the premixed packets are very easy to use. Hope this helps.

Yeah they connect : Your ears, nose, throat and sinuses are all connected. So if you rinse out your ears, fluid can collect in a sinus. See an ENT doctor for an exam. They can help drain any fluid that has collected.

i have sickel cell trait and it causes alot of pain. and my sinus. can i take my tramadol 5oo mg. and use a saline flushes?

Tramadol 50mg: Saline flushes carry very low risk to do harm, and trying to use them to relieve sinus pressure is very common.  
Tramadol is usually prescribed in the 50mg - 100mg range.  TRAMADOL 500mg is a very high dose, you should talk with your doctor before you take tramadol 500mg.

i was taking some vitamins and when i drank the water i coughed and one went up into my sinus. it started burning after 20.monues. i tried flushing it with ro water upside-down to get it out. i'm sure it might have dissolved ut painful?

Depends: If it was in a big pill form then it is unlikely that any of that went into the sinuses unless it was very small. The burning should resolve soon if it was just the water or the pill dissolved with flushing but if an actual pill went up and stays there then you will have to get it removed by an ENT specialist and flushed otherwise it will continue to burn and cause a lot of irritation.

about 20min to 1h after i have eaten a fatty meal with lots of oils, my left head side sinus clogs up and spike into a massive left side paid. this will only slowly release after i flush my sinus, and masage the main drain tubes about 20min to loose?

Food related sx's: It sounds like you have pinpointed your trigger. Now what are you going to do about it? Have you considered making changes to your nutrition and cutting out the offending agents?

Likely old mucous: or sometimes, secretions can dry and appear yellow.  If you are feeling well compared to a week ago, you are on the path to recovery.

COVID 19 symptoms:  These sx's could be consistent with COVID 19 but also other conditions.  COVID 19 sx’s: dry cough, shortness of breath, chest tightness, nasal congestion, sneezing, fever, headache, sore throat, feeling tired, loss of sense of taste/smell, decreased appetite, nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, chills &amp; muscle aches.

Nosebleed : There is little risk of amoeba infection related to a nosebleed or filtered water irrigation but would recommend rinsing not with just filtered water but using salt water rinses which are better for the lining of your nose and sinus

RCT & Sinus issue: This will probably resolve on its own without any other treatment. However, i would definitely consult with an ENT specialist as soon as possible.
