Avoid sexual: activity, thong underwear, tight jeans or bathing suits. I suggest using Advil/Aleve for pain ( if not allergic to these products ) and massage Neosporin or triple antibiotic ointment to the affected area.

A week: Generally these sores heal in a few days, but it can take up to a week to heal depending on where the skin split is.

Yes: This is normal. If you have not had a physical exam within the year I recommend that you schedule one. At that time your doctor will do a complete exam and examine your genitals and perform a prostate exam

May be an infection: Small lacerations or cuts may occur after intercourse. In your case, it may have become secondarily infected, based upon how you describe it. I would clean and irrigate the area and you can even apply antibiotic ointment to the area. If it worsens or becomes red and painful then you should have your Gynecologist look at the area.

Pimple: could be a pimple or hair follicle infection.  You really didn't ask a question here, but acne like lesions and hair follicle infections are very common in this region.  IF it appears to be spreading though, don't make the assumption that its a pimple.  Spreading pustules can be  the appearance of herpes as well.

i have a 2mm skin tag like thing near my  perineum. is this normal? it's 2mm wide and has i stalk i believe because i can move it around.

Probably: Skin tags are common on the perineum.  However it can also be something different like a genital wart.  You should see a medical provider to evaluate what it is.

Skin tag: This sounds like a perianal skin tag.  These are usually innocent. If it causing you discomfort or increasing in size you should consult your doctor about having it removed.

Clearsil: Anti pimple medications can help like clearsil; if it works on a pimple on the face it will work on perineum. But if not improved you need to have this seen since other things can be associated with this.

See MD: If you are referring to your genetalia feeling swollen you should see your OB/GYN for a full history and exam. It would be helpful to know your age and medical history, sexual history. If you have a concern, you probably will benefit physically and mentally from a physician visit. Don't worry you'll be okay see your OB/GYN.
