Diet trumps exercise: Exercise will get you 20% and diet will get you 80% of the way to your goal.

i swallowed 1 cm of a plastic toothpick. ones that are kinda bendable and flat on the edges. its kinda point and im concerned if itll perforate my stomach or something. please help i have horrible anxiety. could this be bad?

Live life: If you can swallow fluids it has made it into your stomach. It should pass in about 3-4 days. If you consume some stewed okra it will form a crud ball around it &amp; help it pass easier. If you develop sudden belly pain within the next week or so have it checked, but the chance it would cause a problem are minimal. It wouldn't show on x-ray so it would be near impossible to track.

my daughter's fever broke, but she still has that one rash since monday. i now notice one smaller one on her stomach. they are flat & don't bug her. ?

Not to worry: Without seeing the rash, my best advise is that many viral illnesses can have a rash associated with fever. As long as the rash is not purplish in hue and fades away when you press on it, it can be observed for 5-7 days. If new ones keep showing up, days after the fever. they should be seen by a doctor

i am 27 years old and i realized that i got a few new moles. a few on my arm, one on my stomach and one on my leg. they all look normal looking, all flat and small in size. should i be concern with this ?

See MD: See your MD and have a baseline evaluation.  My recommendation is to take a picture of the birthmarks and have the photo as a baseline for future comparison.

Unusual: See doc and have rectal exam and probably colonoscopy.
Something flattened the specimen, and bleeding is not good.

Set doable goals.: For flatter abdomen eat healthy ; get physically active. Calories burned &gt; calories consumed. To tighten ab's: crunches, reverse crunches, exercise ball crunches, pelvic thrusts, lying leg raises, side bridge ; “bicycling” exercise on back.  Engage in regular aerobic exercise (i.e. Running, swimming, nordic track, bicycling, kickboxing, walking, cross country skiing, hiking, etc.).

More muscle less fat: Even the most toned abdominal muscles will not reveal the abdomen you want if they are buried under a beer gut.  Decreasing body fat is a key component of  washboard abs.  That said, anything that strengthens your core (sit ups, crunches, leg lifts, torsion, etc ) all play a role in building those muscles.

Eat a healthy well balanced diet! also water, organic vegetable broth, green leafy vegetables, natural pickles, apples are great to fill you up so you dont feel hungry and they are very low in calories. Being overweight can increase ur risk of hypertension, diabetes, sleep apnea.
