Let doc do it.: Wart-off, compond-w may help to get rid of it, however, not very effective. Dermatologist can do a better job.

i have skin growths on my forehead. not sure if they're flat warts. they're reproducing rapidly and are not too noticeable! is thuja okay for remedy?

Don't use it: Warts almost never involve the skin of the forehead or face. Whatever the cause, "thuja" or other natural remedies won't help, and for sure won't help warts. Stop guessing and don't try magical treatments. See a doctor.

common wart removal (salicylic acid). should the healthy skin be painful when applying the acid? needled&clipped the small wart flat then applied, then some skin came off with tape but no black thingy or hole in the middle and not sure when to stop?

Some basics: A wart is something like an iceberg, with a significant portion under the waterline (skin surface). It is also like an onion with many layers &amp; a root system. Whatever the treatment, to be successful you must get all the wart above/below skin line and the root system. You will usually create a bloody hole in your skin if you go far enough to get it all. Sounds like your not deep enough. Keep going

ive heard hpv can be transmitted by skin-to-skin contact. so, if a caregiver has hpv, can i or my children get it by being around her? no sexual intimate interactions but hugging or holding? is all hpv considered as std even flat warts on the face?

: It is quite rare if your child's skin is intact but still possible, the risk is higher when the skin is open, such as a cut and it has direct contact with the wart. Flat warts on face are called non genital warts. Genital warts are transmitted via sexual activity (STD).

i have a round soft ,skin colored flexible bump on my inner thigh. worried about a genital wart. it isn't flat to the skin ,it kind of looks like a little balloon. it does not hurt or bother me at all. ?

Likely skin tag: Genital warts only invade genital skin. They do not appear balloon like but soon after appearing take on the appearance of a cauliflower. You can ignore it, or have your doc confirm its origin &amp; tie it off or freeze it (which removes it).

OK. Can stay on.: Warts are caused by a virus.  They often go away with time, but sometimes takes a long time.  They can be removed if they are cosmetically concerning or if they cause dysfunction , but by no means is removal required.

Yes: Warts are some of the skin lesions that can be removed in the office under local anesthesia. Some family doctors will do the procedure, also general surgeons and dermatologists.

See below: Warts are generally due to HPV infection. Are you sure, what you are calling warts are such lesions? It would be prudent to consult a doctor. Over the counter remedies are available for self treatment of warts and you may try those.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.
