It would be: It would be more in the lowest portion of the back to mid portion of your buttocks posteroirly.

Muscle or nerve: When you are out of alignment, your twisting can cause pressure on a nerve or muscle. In your case i would look for a chiropracter or mechanotherapist to re-align your body and they will give you proper exercises to keep you in alignment.

: Intermittent bilateral pain, with "burning and/or cramping on both sides" may represent stomach or small bowel disease.  Best is to see a GI physician for endoscopic view and possible biopsy.

Symptoms: have you already had your appendix removed?Is it recent? Is the pain  intermittent and sometimes sharp?  When you press the area and remove your had quickly is the pain worse? if you do the same on the opposite side as well? If you answered yes to all except the 1st question then you may have appendicitis.  Visit your nearest Emergency room.  they may check your ovaries as well to check for cysts.

Go to the ER: With that symptom list, you will feel better the fastest if you go the nearest urgent care center or emergency room right now.

Yes but: The reason the doc wants the xrays may well out weigh the risk of having the test done. I believe the risk is worth the knowledge of what is going on. You may well enough information to prevent further or disease that is present.

ana+ 1;640 spec pattern. rheum dr said neg on all othr test. i have had this back pain since may an right adom flank pain. have had ct of adom/pelvis?

Could be disc/nerve.: This can be unrelatred to your ana, etc..  It sounds like a compressed/pinched nerve due to a herniated disc, etc..  You might need an MRI of your spinal column, and/or other tests in order to confirm it, and even then it might be very slight, but enough to cause your symptoms.  See your doctor/neurologist for these and other tests.  Best of luck!
