Depoprovera: Depoprovera is a injectable contraceptive medication that last 3 months in your body. It is very strong and chances of becoming pregnant while on this contraceptive are rare although never impossible.  It functions by thickening the cervical mucous and changing the endometrium in addition to supressing a hormone called lh, eventually suppresing ovulation. Taking Flagyl does not affect its action.

Late period: No it could not delay your period.  Sometimes periods become irregular at times naturally.

Depends: This largely depends on the severity of the flare and if appropriate meds are being taken to end the flare.Low dose weekly Methotrexate may take 6-8 weeks to start working.TNF-inhibitors (Enbrel, Remicade, (infliximab) Humira) work much faster,often with improvement after 2-3 weeks and ending flare within 3-6 weeks depending on dose used. Short burst of steroids can help provide some relief in 2-3 days

Log-roll: The best way would be to use a sheet under the patient  while he/she is flat on their back. By lifting the sheet, you can roll the patient from one side to the other. Raise the head of the bed to a comfortable height when you are done.

Are you male?: Sometimes "craziness" is arbitrary.  There are clear criteria for psychiatric diagnosis, and i was fortunate to have worked with professors at washington university who helped establish "clinical criteria" for the diagnosis of psychiatric illness! a person seeing their pcp, with possible referral to a psychiatrist, should be able to establish the diagnosis and treatment, if needed!

Yes: I assume you are talking about the stuff on a babies scalp...  If that is the case, then this is common and normal.  First i tell parents to remember that this is only cosmetic and not a real medical problem.  So if that reassures you then you can do nothing.  Otherwise, you can apply a dandruff shampoo twice weekly and use baby oil to soak in to the area and then flake off with a baby toothbrush.
