Unfortunately : Unfortunately a deformed nose needs surgery to repair it to be straight and to realign the septum( center support).  It will probably look better and you will breath better too.  Probably less sinus problems too! best wishes.

Deviated septum: Deviated septum is corrected by septoplasty. Under general anesthesia the crooked part of the septum is removed. However it does not fix the crooked appearance of the nose. That would involve a nose job (rhinoplasty). That is also done under anesthesia and can be done at the same time as septoplasty.

Very customized: You really need to see a plastic surgeon who does rhinoplasty surgery (not all do). He/she will assess your airway/breathing and what you like/don't like about your nose. What you need depends very much on your skin, nose shape, ethnicity, and cosmetic desires. Small incisions may be required on columella, around nostrils, and within the nose. Suture +/- cartillage grafts under skin of nose.

Ask closer to home : I'm not sure if there are too many docs on her from india yet.  I think the best thing to do is ask some docs closer to home.  They should be able to point you is the right direction. Just make sure the surgeon sees a reasonable volume and is accredited by india's plastic surgery community.

You should see a facial plastic surgeon for consultation to determine the source of your deviation and the best way to address it.

Plastic surgery: Depending on your insurance, correction after a broken nose is covered. Depending on the severity of the break (fracture) and the crooked nose, it may be something that can be fixed at the same time. Otherwise, cosmetic deformities unrelated to the injury may need to be counted separately and you would have to pay for that portion of the surgery. The best way to know is to see a plastic surgeon.

Yes: It would require an actual rhinoplasty though. When a nose is freshly fractured, it can be reduced and set to close to what it was. After a long time, a surgeon has to freshly break bones of your nose and reset it to correct it.

Not sure what u mean: You are going to die sometime.  A crooked nose won't change death or when it happens.  Living might be less nice if the injury affects the airway.  If you want to look better at your own funeral i suggest getting it fixed.
