Training films and those whose content teaches a specific idea are less a problem. Omega6/omega3  ratio: The key is a proper ratio of omega 6 to omega 3.  Most intake too much omega 6 fat and too little omega 3 fats.

See an allergist: Not all seafoods are created equally, thus you may not be allergic to all seafoods, just some seafoods.  A good allergist will be able to guide you, after sufficient testing, to let you know what is and is not available for you to eat. In the meantime, do not experiment by eating seafood on your own.

No: If the surgery planned will go through an area that might bleed you should be off aspirin, blood thinners and nsaids.  But fish oil will not affect this and can be continued.

Fish Oil: If you select a high quality, ultra purified fish oil that came from cold water fish, there is really no therapeutic difference from the prescription brand of fish oil.  I would recommend a strength of either 1, 000 or 1, 250 mg.  Always take your fish oil with a meal to reduce the likelihood of the fish oil belch.

i've seen a lot of dry eye supplements on the market from theratears, to biotears, to theralife, to generic fish oil and flax oil, do these work?

Dry eyes: There are various different dry eye treatments but they are all temporary fixes.  It's good to get at the root of the problem such as plugged ducts or allergic inflammation of area where eyelashes are.
