Girlfriend issues: This is a major problem - you can have her eat a lot to gain weight but it will be weight gain all over not just the buttocks and breasts. So I guess you are out of luck unless you see a plastic surgeon which is in my opinion overkill as she is only a girlfriend.

my 6 year old son has a lump on his buttock, he can not sit or walk proper. this morning it had a white head, but that popped while he was bathing this afternoon. it is still very firm around the area he is in pain?

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. What you described suggests infection and it may require antibiotic treatment. It would be prudent to see a doctor.

Hematoma: It sounds like a gluteal hematoma, or bleeding inside the muscle. Most go away in few weeks, some may last indefinitely. Other causes may not be ruled out, if it persists your doc will be best to assess.

See doctor: You probably introduced infection along with the injection. What did you inject and why? For the short term you need treatment for the self induced injury and for the long term you may need counseling to straighten out whatever made you do this self destructive thing.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.
